WATER AEROBICS:
This is a structured one hour class with an instructor leading through a water aerobics exercise program.
Some of you have asked me to pass this info on to you.

North Harford Middle School; September 14 until November 13; 7:30 to 8:30 PM  Mondays and Wednesdays;
$58.00 is the cost - Checks made payable to North Harford Rec Council (NHRC)
Register the first day of class by arriving around 7:15
*  The only day we don't have class appears to be Wednesday, September 16th.
There is a locker room to change in.
Enter the school from the left and go in through the big double doors.
