North Harford Rec is proud to offer online registration for those programs that wish to take advantage of this convenient feature.  Below is a list of all the current open online registrations available to you.

2026 SUMMER SEVENS FIELD HOCKEY (Dept. 16)

2026 SUMMER SEVENS FIELD HOCKEY
A modified game format, fielding 7-a-side and played on half the field. The emphasis is on skill development and maintenance in an enjoyable, social atmosphere. 

NOTE: As part of this registration, you will be required to select the team name for which you are registering. Please be sure to know which team that is prior to completing your registration. The program is for participants entering 8th thru 12th grade this coming fall 2026. Seniors graduating this May are NOT PERMITTED.

When: Monday Nights from 5:30-9:30 p.m. (two 23-25 min. games/night)
Season: June 1, 2026—July 20, 2026 (no games July 6th, rain date is July 27th) 

Where: North Harford High School (Turf Field) 211 Pylesville Road in Pylesville, MD 21132

Who: JV (8th-10th) & Varsity (11th-12th & underclassmen who played HS Varsity) Field Hockey Players
 *Note: Players must be entering 8th-12th grade for the 2026-27 school year - NO 2026 Seniors!

Online Registration Close Date: April 30, 2026

Cost: $70.00 per player
 *Note: Registration fee includes referee fees, reversible jersey, athletic trainer and equipment.

2026 Summer Female Conditioning (Dept. 16)

2026 SUMMER CONDITIONING FOR FEMALE ATHLETES

Summer conditioning for female athletes attending North Harford High School for the 2026-2027 school year. The purpose of this program is to prepare athletes for their high school sports seasons. This will be non-sport specific. Training will focus on speed, agility, strength and overall conditioning.

The program runs Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8am - 9:15am at North Harford High School.

Online Registration Close Date: June 1, 2026
Condition sessions will run from June 23, 2026 to August 6, 2026
Cost: $100 per participant

2026 Cheerleading CAMP (Dept #27)

📣 2026 North Harford Rec Cheerleading Camp 📣

North Harford Rec Cheerleading is excited to host our Summer Cheer Camp for ages 4–15

This fun-filled week is perfect for both new and experienced cheerleaders. Cheerleaders will work on motions, jumps, basic stunts, tumbling fundamentals, dance, and sideline cheers — all while building confidence, teamwork, and spirit in a positive and supportive environment. The week will conclude with a special Showcase on Friday at 7:00 PM, where family and friends are invited to come to watch the athletes perform what they’ve learned! Come join the fun and show your Hawk spirit!

Come out and join us for our annual Summer Camp!

AGES: 4-15
DATES: June 1st–June 5th, 6:00–7:30 PM at North Harford High School
COST: $55 per participant (NOTE: NO REFUNDS for this registration)

2026 Hawks Football (Dept #19)

This registration is for NHRC Hawks tackle football for children from the ages of 6-14 (i.e. 8th Grade & Below).

Cost:  $ 250 for all age groups

  • Registration will open at 9am on February 15, 2026 and close on April 30, 2026.
  • Registration fees will include a custom reversible jersey and equipment rental.

Age groups and team member limitations:

All range of experience accepted!
  • Level 1: Clinic - Instructional/Basic League Competition - UCYFL Federal (C) Division Aspirations - Even playing time for all - Approx 36 practices, 9 games, and 1 team event per season (Aug-Oct) - minimal fundraising and uniform requirements  
  • Level 2: Recreational - Average League Competition - UCYFL Federal (B) Division Aspirations - 14 play minimum for those that qualify w/ additional time earned - Approx 40 practices, 11 games, and 2 team events per season (Jul-Oct) - medium fundraising and uniform requirements 
  • Level 3: Travel - Best League Competition - UCYFL National (A) Division Aspirations - 10 play minimum for those that qualify w/ additional time earned - Approx 50 practices, 13 games, and 3 team events per season (Jul-Nov) - high fundraising and uniform requirements 
  • Level 4: Club - State Circuit Competition - Tryouts - All playing time is earned - Approx 60 practices, 15 games, and 4 team events per season (Jul-Dec) - extreme fundraising and uniform requirements 

There are 2 options for equipment fittings:
  • Sunday, March 22nd (2pm - 4pm) @ Highland Center (708 Highland Rd. Street, Maryland)
  • Sunday, March 28th (4pm - 6pm) @ Highland Center (708 Highland Rd. Street, Maryland)
Note: All participants are required to attend one of the two in- person fittings in March.

Your assigned coach will be contacting you in June regarding practice dates and further instructions.

2026 NH Rec Softball (Dept. 35)

2026 North Harford Rec Softball For Girls Ages 5-18
 
North Harford will continue to offer Youth Softball.
Registration will open online starting January 25, 2026 and closes April 1st.
The season begins in mid-April through the mid-June.
 
COSTS:
Ages 6 and Under = $60
Ages 7-8 = $80
Ages 9-10 = $120
Ages 11-13 = $120 (Middle School)
**Ages 14-18 = $120 (High School if there is enough interest)
 
Age determination date: September 1st 2025. Your child’s age on 9/1/25 is the age group they will be assigned to. Adjustments can be made if it makes sense for the child – please make request in the “Special Requests / Comments” portion of registration.
 
Games and Practice Schedule:
Clinic practices are Tuesday and (optional) Saturday
7-8 practices and games are on Thursday and Saturday
9-10 practices and games are on Wednesday and Saturday
11-13 practices and games are on Monday and Friday

2025 Cheerleading Extended Season (Dept. 27)

North Harford Cheerleading

HAWK NATION EXTENDED SEASON

Join us for our extended competitive season!

This opportunity provides a competitive experience while still competing on a recreation level. We get to extend into the winter season with the opportunity to advance skills and build for a stronger fall season next year. 

We will have Level 1 and Level 2 opportunities. We also will be adding a tumbling package 1 or 2 day option that will be a monthly opportunity to advance in tumbling skills throughout this extended season. This will begin in November. The tumbling is not just for extended season participants but is open to anyone!

We will offer payment options throughout the extended season to pay for the registration fee.

2025-2026 Chess Club (Dept. 7)

North Harford Chess Club

Registration is for Chess Club grades 3-8. Students will participate in chess instruction, chess games, and compete in a tournament at the end of the season. All equipment is provided.

  • Season starts 09/10/2025

  • Meets every other Wednesday (excluding HCPS off days) at 6pm at North Harford Middle School
  • $35 per student per season Regular Registration
  • No refunds
