North Harford Rec is proud to offer online registration for those programs that wish to take advantage of this convenient feature. Below is a list of all the current open online registrations available to you.

NOTES:

If you are a program chairperson and would like to offer online registration for your program, please click here and follow the directions on the form.
If a program is not listed below, that means there is no current "online" registration opportunity open at this time OR the program in which you are interested does not offer online registration.

NHRC Fall 2025 Dance Technique (Dept. 25)

North Harford Dance 2025 Technique Session

Classes offered: Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern and Hip Hop

Ages for Ballet, Tap, & Jazz: 4*-18 (or senior year in high school)

Ages for Hip Hop: 7-18 (or senior year in high school)

Ages for Modern: 9-18 (or senior year in high school)

* Must turn 4 by January 1st, 2026

First year dancers must take ballet as one of the classes. Hip hop is excluded from this requirement.

Location: Slate Ridge Presbyterian Church, 1630 Chestnut St, Whiteford, MD 21160

Practice Schedule:

Ballet: Monday Evenings
Tap & Jazz: Wednesday Evenings
Modern & Hip Hop: Thursday Evenings

Practice times will be finalized after final registration and emailed to dance parents roughly 1 week before the first practice.

Girls Basketball fall warmups grades 6-12

Warmups will be at NHHS on Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 8:30pm

Warm ups will begin on 8/27/25 and run through 11/12/25

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- Age determination is Sept 1st

- Registration is ONLINE ONLY

- Refunds are not guaranteed and are at NH Rec Council discretion

2025-2026 Chess Club (Dept. 7)

North Harford Chess Club

Registration is for Chess Club grades 3-8. Students will participate in chess instruction, chess games, and compete in a tournament at the end of the season. All equipment is provided.

Season starts 09/10/2025
Season ends 05/27/2026
Meets every other Wednesday (excluding HCPS off days) at 6pm at North Harford Middle School
$35 per student per season Regular Registration
No refunds

2025 Cheerleading (Dept. 27)

North Harford Cheerleading

All range of experience accepted!

> Ages 4-15 (competition is 5 and up)

> Season runs Aug 2025 - November 2025

> Cheer practices 2-3 times a week; starting the Monday before the first of August through the first Sunday in November

> Sideline cheer for football games will be Saturdays (late August-October)

> Cheer competitions will be held Sundays (September-Nov) 3-7 comps depending on squad
