North Harford Rec Cheerleading (Season August-November)
> Cheer practices 2-3 times a week from 6-8pm
> Practice begins in early August (end of July) and the season runs through the first Sunday in November
> Additionally, will cheer at the NH rec football games and compete in local rec competitions
Ages: 4 to 14 yrs old
> Registration and practice begin in November, and the season runs through March/April
> We will compete in competitions decided on through the Cheer and Dance Extreme or Varsity Cheer guidelines
> Registration includes uniform, insurance, registration for competitions, and music
Ages: 5 to 14 yrs old
North Harford Rec Cheerleading - SUMMER CAMP
> June 1-5, 2026, 6:00-7:30 pm
> For all levels of experience and will be split up accordingly
> Will focus on motions, cheers, dance, tumbling, jumps and will put on a mini routine at the end of the week
> Registration includes camp run by NHHS cheerleaders, a t-shirt and a bow!
Ages: 4 to 15 yrs old
