About Us

The North Harford Recreation Council welcomes you to our neighborhood. We are a non-profit organization whose main goal is to provide recreation leisure services to our residents. This is done in a cooperative effort with Harford County Department of Recreation and Parks and the Harford County Board of Education

General Council meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 7PM in the Highland Center building.

North Harford Rec offers an array of programs for youth and adults.  You can access the various programs by hovering your mouse over the "Programs" menu option above.  The programs will be listed for you.  Click on each program name to access its dedicated detail page.  Some of our programs offer online registration and payment.  All open program registrations will be listed below as well as on the "Open Registrations" page.
